The Index updates monthly as new monthly files are prepared. Counts come from the same production database used to build monthly customer files. Counts are observed USLeadList records, not all deaths, inherited homes, available properties, or market share. Each lead is delivered to no more than three USLeadList subscribers. This is not market-wide exclusivity. The Index does not identify executors, probate case numbers, filing dates, attorneys, or court documents, and a record is not guaranteed to arrive before a probate filing.
