Pre-Probate Leads
USLeadList matches death and property records, typically about five weeks after death, without waiting for a probate case. Some records may later appear in court and others may never require an ordinary probate filing.
This is not a court list. It contains no executor names, probate case numbers, filing dates, attorneys of record, or court documents.
Why pre-probate
Start from the death record, not the eventual court case.Traditional probate leads begin with a filed court case, so the same public record is available to every buyer. Death-and-property data gives you an earlier starting signal without depending on that filing.
Start earlier when the timing allows
The file is normally built about five weeks after death. It may precede a later probate case, but no provider can promise that every record arrives before every filing.
Protected territory
The same lead is delivered to no more than three USLeadList subscribers.
Optional contact enrichment
Skip tracing can add phone, email, spouse, and relative data when available. Those contacts are not represented as court-appointed executors.
