USLeadList was started in 2006 by Lance and Terry, two guys who realized that inheritance and probate properties were the most under-marketed opportunity in real estate — and set out to build the data the industry was ignoring.

At the end of 2020, I bought the company.

My name is Micah Nicholes. I was already an active real estate investor using inheritance data as my primary lead source. When Lance and Terry decided to sell, I took over — SBA loan, family in tow, all in.

Today, USLeadList is a small, family-run business. When you call, you get a real person — usually me, Havvah, or Ben. We know our subscribers by name. We answer our own phones. And we still do one thing: inheritance and probate data, done right.

We're not the biggest data company in real estate. We don't want to be.
We just want to be the one that actually works.
