USLeadList pricing
Per-lead prices for inheritance and pre-probate leads.USLeadList sells monthly county files of homes whose owner has died, matched from death records and property records, typically about five weeks after the death. Files include homes held in living trusts. Standard rates run from $1.30 per lead on a 12-month subscription to $1.80 per lead for a one-time list. Larger counties carry a per-lead volume discount, and each lead goes to no more than three USLeadList subscribers.
Price per lead
Rates by subscription term.Larger counties carry a per-lead volume discount, so each county page and your quote show that county's exact rate. A quote is held for 30 days.
- 12-month subscription: $1.30 per lead
- 6-month subscription: $1.40 per lead
- 3-month subscription: $1.50 per lead
- One-time list: $1.80 per lead
Subscriptions run for their initial term of 3, 6 or 12 months, then continue month to month at that term's rate until cancelled.

Historical records
Historical records are sold by look-back window, counted back from the last full month, at one rate for every lead in the window: 1 month $1.30 per lead, 3 months $1.15, 6 months $1.00, 12 months $0.80, full history $0.35. Full history starts January 2022. A volume discount on the total historical leads in your cart runs from 5% at 500 leads to 55% at 25,000 leads; at 50,000 leads or more, pricing is custom.
