Inheritance Data File: Death and Property Matches | USLeadList

Prepared inheritance data for real estate investors

How to read your inheritance sample

Request current county pricing and availability directly. Death record and property record matches support investor screening. A free sample is optional if you want to inspect the base layout first.

Prepared data reduces assembly work for recurring monthly county campaigns. At most three USLeadList subscribers per lead, not market exclusivity.

What the free sample shows

The sample is a base format workbook drawn from older designated monthly records, up to five rows. Use it to see the base Leads worksheet layout and decide whether the base fields fit your screening routine.

How to evaluate it

  1. Choose your market and acquisition criteria.
  2. Inspect the relevant fields.
  3. Request current county pricing.

Timing and source values

Monthly county files typically arrive about five weeks after death. Source values can change after the file is built, so check older records against current information. A blank means the source did not supply that value, not zero.

Optional contact enrichment

Phone, email, and relative contact enrichment is separate from the base file. The free sample does not include optional enrichment.
