Micah Nicholes is an 11-year real estate investor and USLeadList's Owner & CEO. He did not found the company — it was started in 2006 and run for ~15 years by its prior owners; Micah was a customer using its inheritance/probate data for his own deals, then bought the established business at the end of 2020.
